Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing company, is seeking a Forklift Yard Worker to join their team. As a Forklift Yard Worker, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily yard activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Pay Rate:
$18.00
Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm (OT on Fridays if needed)
Job Responsibilities
Operate sit‑down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
Use manual and power tools to complete yard tasks and perform basic maintenance.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment both indoors and outdoors.
Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures diligently.
Qualifications
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to operate sit‑down forklifts safely and responsibly.
Comfort working outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
