Junior FIX Onboarding / Production Support Analyst

We are seeking a smart, highly motivated, and eager-to-learn junior candidate to support FIX onboarding and production support for Equity trading workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build expertise in electronic trading, FIX connectivity, and production support. The role supports the FIX gateway and works closely with trading desks, technology teams, and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with FIX (4.2/4.4) onboarding, session setup, testing, and configuration
Monitor and support FIX gateway and trading applications in production
Troubleshoot connectivity and order routing issues
Support releases and system enhancements
Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
0-3 years of experience (internships welcome)
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Eagerness to learn complex trading systems
Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting (Python, Bash, or Java preferred)
Strong communication skills
