is looking for Production Workers in the Sort Table, Sort Deck, and Feeder-Folder positions at our industrial laundry facility.
Sort Table Operator

Responsible for receiving cleaned textiles from finishing machines, inspecting for quality, and sorting/bundling them for customer delivery.
Sorting & Inspection:

Grasp items from conveyors, belts, or carts and sort them by type, size, and color.
Quality Control:

Grade textiles according to quality standards and identify damaged or stained items.
Bundling & Packaging:

Assemble and bundle clean garments or linens by hand, following specific packing instructions or packing slips.
Transfer:

Move finished bundles to assembly areas using carts or conveyor systems.
Maintenance:

Keep the work area clean and organized, and comply with safety and efficiency standards.
Sort Deck Operator

Responsible for handling, sorting, and counting soiled textiles (uniforms, linens, towels) arriving from customers at the facility. Ensures accuracy and quality control before washing.
Sorting and Counting:

Open bags of soiled textiles and sort them by type, size, and color. Count items manually or electronically before moving them to the washing systems.
Quality Inspection:

Identify damaged or heavily soiled garments and record them into the sorting system.
Material Handling:

Operate machinery such as cart dumpers or conveyors to move linens to the washing area.
Documentation:

Record incoming soiled linen data to ensure accurate customer billing and inventory management.
Safety and Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean work area, adhere to all safety procedures (including OSHA standards), and properly use personal protective equipment.
Feeder-Folder

Sorts, inspects, and feeds clean textiles (uniforms, linens) into machines or folds them by hand, ensuring quality standards and meeting production goals.
Textile Processing:

Sort, inspect, and grade clean garments/linens for damage or stains.
Machine Operation/Folding:

Feed items into automatic ironing or folding machinery or fold items by hand.
Packaging & Sorting:

Bundle finished products and pack according to client orders.
Productivity & Quality:

Maintain accurate sorting and meet production speed standards.
Material Handling:

Move linen carts, bins, and slings, and maintain a clean workspace.
