Required Skills & Qualifications:
20+ years of experience
in software engineering, with at least
15 years in .NET technologies .
Mastery of
C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 5/6/7/8, Web APIs, LINQ, Entity Framework .
Strong front-end experience:
Angular / React / Blazor / JavaScript / TypeScript .
Proven expertise in
SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)
and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
Strong experience with
Azure Cloud
(preferred) or AWS.
Hands-on with
DevOps tools
(Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform).
Deep understanding of
software design principles, OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture .
Experience in
enterprise-scale system integration, SOA, and microservices .
Excellent
problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills .
Experience in
Agile methodologies
(Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g.,
MCSD, Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Expert ).
Experience working in
regulated industries
(Finance, Healthcare, Government).
Exposure to
AI/ML services, Power Platform, and modern data platforms .
