This team is with Apple's idMS Access Management Org.. They want candidates who can deliver end to end development. Hence, they want "true" Full Stack developers who are experts in both front-end and back-end development.

Org is divided into Front-End team (Access Manager + UI) and Back-End team (different manager).
Current challenge: Every feature requires 1 FE + 1 BE engineer, and staffing cannot support pairing two people for every project.
New direction: Hire developers who can work end-to-end - from UI → backend → database layer.
This is a true full-stack role, not a tooling role. Work is on real customer-facing products and high-scale backend systems.
