Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
MicroStrategy Administrator
to support the security, performance, and modernization of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and integration of
MicroStrategy environments
across hybrid infrastructure including
AWS cloud
and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, scalability, and security of BI platforms while collaborating with data, infrastructure, and analytics teams. This is a
hands-on platform administration role , not a BI developer or reporting analyst position.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience administering
MicroStrategy BI environments .
5+ years of experience supporting
Power BI , including workspace management and report setup.
Strong experience with
AWS cloud services
such as
QuickSight, EKS, Redshift , and related cloud infrastructure.
Experience with
automation and configuration tools
such as
Ansible or Terraform .
Proficiency in
Linux/Unix environments , including
shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL .
Strong understanding of
MicroStrategy architecture and administration tools
including
Developer, Object Manager, Command Manager, and Workstation .
Experience with
MicroStrategy Customer Managed Cloud
and
AWS QuickSight
is highly preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting, monitoring, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MicroStrategy certification
or
AWS certifications .
Experience supporting enterprise-scale BI platforms in hybrid cloud environments.
Strong understanding of BI security, governance, and data platform architecture.
