We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Specialist to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for customers with billing questions, account inquiries, and payment support—helping resolve issues quickly while delivering a great customer experience.If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and making an impact, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment.**What You’ll Do:**
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to billing and account inquiries
Resolve billing discrepancies quickly and accurately
Process payments and assist with collections in a respectful, customer-friendly manner
Maintain accurate account documentation and follow established processes
Meet performance expectations including attendance and quality standards (85%+ QA score)
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional needs as required**What We’re Looking For:**Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Adaptable and open to change**Qualifications:**Previous experience in billing, collections, accounting, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in a call center or high-volume customer environment is a plus**Work Environment:**Office-based role with moderate noise levels
High interaction with customers and internal teams
