Education required:
You are regularly enrolled in a Master’s in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Engineering, Management or similar field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement:
You are fluent in English and French.
Other requirements:
Good level in Excel and PowerPoint.
Exposure to Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate and/or basic scripting is a plus.
Expected Start date:
June 2026
Duration:
4 to 6 months minimum, full time preferred
Work arrangements:
Hybrid, attendance required 2 times a week.
Requisite:
The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration:
According to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
Understand how things work today: Look at how requests are received (emails, Teams, etc.), who is involved, and where the main issues are. Document the current process (As‑Is).
Design a better process: Help define a clearer, simpler way to manage requests (To‑Be), with clear roles, priorities, and categories.
Work on automation and digital tools: Support the creation of simple automated workflows and forms to track requests in one place and reduce manual effort.
Define timelines and rules: Help set response times (SLAs) and basic guidelines so everyone knows how to submit requests properly.
Test and improve: Build a first version of the solution, test it with users, collect feedback, and improve it step by step.
Measure results: Track key metrics (number of requests, response time, delays) and show results in a simple dashboard.
Document and hand over: Create clear documentation so the team can continue using and improving the process after your internship.

SAP fundamentals in our environment: how master data underpins the planning and execution layers (you’ll learn where and how MD is used in SAP and how upstream request quality impacts downstream transactions).
Request management patterns: ServiceNow Service Catalog, form design, workflow/routing, and Virtual Agent in Microsoft Teams; when to favour Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate) for light workflows.
Data modelling & reporting: structuring intake data for Power BI dashboards; defining KPIs
