Release & Environments Manager

Responsibilities:
Establish clear processes for environment provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning.
Maintain a centralized repository of environmental documentation, detailing configurations, dependencies, and access rights.
Work with infrastructure and development teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for environment-related issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and security teams to ensure a smooth and efficient software delivery pipeline.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across various environments, including Dev, QA, pre-production and production.
Manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business priorities.
Implement and maintain robust rollback procedures for each environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in release management, environment management, or a similar role.
Experience with Agile methodologies & Agile project management tools.
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and DevOps principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Ability to manage complex dependencies and prioritize work.
