Role Overview:

As the Principal SAP Solution Architect. you will be the cornerstone of our SAP practice, steering SAP-enabled business transformations. Your mandate is to architect our SAP solution, strategy, delivering unparalleled value through futuristic SAP solutions, and affirming Client's 's status as the definitive partner for SAP digital transformation projects. Key is SAP experience, leadership, business experience and c suite experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Management & Analysis:
Master the art of requirements management and analysis to significantly advance business objectives.
Expertly identify and document essential emerging business requirements, challenging business partner preferences to uncover unique value propositions.
Forge consensus around a future state that resolves business challenges and aligns with enterprise goals, adeptly translating business requirements into SAP solution functionalities.
Possess a deep comprehension of business process intricacies and the acumen to reveal needs that business partners and end users may not articulate.
Influence business partner requirements towards enterprise objectives and align with industry domain and standards.
Creating Compelling Business Cases:

Develop and articulate persuasive business cases, quantifying the benefits of proposed projects.
Maintain awareness of industry-specific trends and their implications for the organization, articulating benefits in a manner that resonates with business leaders.
Measure the business value contribution of IT projects accurately, swiftly adjusting to shifts in business strategy.
Support business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders effectively.
Provide Accurate Project Effort Estimates:

Precisely quantify project resource needs, adeptly managing ambiguity to produce accurate project effort estimates and communicating risks throughout the lifecycle.
Actively engage project stakeholders in the estimation process, mindful of the impact of strategic business changes.
Architecture Management:

Champion architectural goals through innovative solution design, identifying commonalities to recommend a cohesive approach across projects when standards are lacking.
Influence solution options, desired value proposition and decision-making among business partners, pinpointing opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services.
Navigate technology vendor interactions with an eye towards architectural coherence.
Business Relationship Management:

Foster and enrich relationships with business sponsors, aligning technological solutions with targeted business outcomes and adeptly managing expectations amid scope changes.
Skillfully mediate conflicts between multiple business partners, prioritizing organizational goals.
Technical Implementation & Maintenance:

Oversee the software development lifecycle for implementing and maintaining SAP solutions, leading small teams and projects from start to finish.
Architect, develop, test, and deploy SAP application software modifications to meet business needs, consistently adhering to industry best practices.
Ensure system support aligns with SLAs, resolving issues as they arise.
Apply enhancements/changes after rigorous QA testing, following standard change control practices to maintain production stability.
Monitor service changes like upgrades or enhancements to prevent negative impacts on system customizations.
Oversee interface updates, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Business Degree with a strong emphasis on digital technology.
At least 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP consulting with a thorough understanding of its modules and functionalities, with at least 5 years as an overall solution architect.
A proven track record of leadership at the executive level.
Deep knowledge of SAP ecosystems, adept at crafting digital transformation strategies and optimizing business processes.
Proven experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Management.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of operating independently in complex environments while fostering a spirit of collaboration.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and hands-on leadership style.
