Senior Agentic Platform Engineer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Austin, TX.
The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and delivering productiongrade agentic AI and data platforms that are scalable, observable, and governed.
Rate Range:
$55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Agentic Platform Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Architect, design, and deliver productiongrade agentic AI and data platforms, from specification through deployment, with a focus on scalability, observability, and governance.
Lead advanced agent orchestration and multiLLM integrations using LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP to ensure consistent, modelagnostic behavior across systems.
Develop and optimize enterprise graph and analytics solutions, including TigerGraph GSQL, knowledge modeling, and Snowflake/dbtbased data quality pipelines.
Champion specdriven development practices, defining agent behaviors, tool contracts, APIs, and data schemas prior to implementation.
Design and support AIoptimized CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to enable highfrequency, reliable GenAI deployments.
Act as a technical anchor for the team by providing architectural guidance, removing blockers, and ensuring longterm system stability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of seniorlevel experience in software and data engineering delivering production systems in large, global enterprise environments.
Deep handson expertise in agentic AI orchestration and multiLLM architectures, including LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, and frontier models (GPT, Claude, Llama).
Proven experience in enterprise data platforms and knowledge systems, including TigerGraph/GSQL, Snowflake and dbt, data quality automation, and specdriven CI/CD practices for GenAI solutions.

Pay Details:
$55.00 to $60.00 per hour
