Job Overview
We are seeking a senior-level SAP FICO Consultant to lead medium to large-scale SAP initiatives with a focus on financial systems and business transformation. This role requires 10+ years of experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimizations. Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO project delivery (blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Finance & Controlling processes
Drive solution design and ensure alignment with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) and external systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Functional Expertise
SAP Controlling (CO)
Product Costing
Material Ledger & Actual Costing
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Margin & Profitability Analysis
SAP Finance (FI)
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

Required Qualifications
10+ years of SAP FICO experience
Proven experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations and rollouts
Experience in global, multi-country SAP environments
Strong understanding of complex financial structures
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
