Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated male and female Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives within their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in home and community settings
Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence
Facilitate community engagement, recreational activities, and social interactions
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks and clearances
