The successful candidate must also be able to effectively prioritize, possess sound reasoning/judgment skills, maintain a positive attitude and be a strong team player. The **Talent Acquisition Specialist** works closely with our managers to attract experienced professionals to our team. We know that building a great company comes down to people!**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES*** Maintain recruiting applicant tracking system (Workday) ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions.* Source passive and candidates for difficult to fill positions on platforms such as (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and more).* Create, post and manage advertising needs on a variety of social media platforms.* Coordinate and conduct phone interviews for candidates.* Actively managing the pre-screen and background check process and assis as backup in the onboarding for new hires.* Manage the candidate experience from application to end of training.* Maintain professional communication and confidentiality with candidates and employees with sensitive information.* Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.* Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.* Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events, including travel as needed.* Process paperwork and/or forms in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure personnel and department information is processed, kept organized, up-to-date, and strictly confidential.* Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including but not limited to sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, selection and background reporting.* All other tasks as assigned.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Recruiting required.* Onboarding experience preferred.* Significant knowledge of HR functions.* Knowledge of regulatory compliance, and industry-specific requirements (DOT/FMCSA regulations preferred).* Must be detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organization, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.* Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.**WORK CONDITIONS*** Standard office environment.* The ability to work irregular hours when necessary to meet business needs.* Ability to travel when necessary.**BENEFITS*** Medical, Vision, Dental, Supplemental, and Life Insurances available.* Paid time off, paid holidays, paid community volunteer time* 401k retirement plan#CCADM### Get In TouchIntroduce yourself to our recruiters and we'll get in touch if there's a role that seems like a good match!### BenefitsAll regular full-time employees are eligible for CrossCountry's benefit package after 30 days of employment.Our employee benefit package includes:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) Plan\*Uniform Incentive\*Paid Holidays (after 30 days of service as a full-time employee)Paid Personal Time-Off\* Regular part-time employees are eligible for these benefits as well.
