Job Description
Do you enjoy partnering with others and finding solutions that will have a lasting impact on the Guest experience? If so, the Lead Business & Information Analyst role might be the right fit for you. In this position, you will join our team of portfolio and project managers and oversee portfolio health insights that lead to decisions for actions and drive the planning for the team’s strategic vision. You will partner with technology and business groups throughout DX Data Products & Platforms (DPP) to develop business case justification, drive strategic planning, and ensure the organization is effective in meeting the overall Portfolio goals. Additionally, in this role, you will lead the refinement of the DPP portfolio plan through major financial actions such as Annual Capital Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Long‑Range Plan and other requests.

Responsibilities

Interpret pre‑project business problem elicitation, feasibility, and case definition to identify solutions

Plan and drive the funding process and strategy for new projects.

Lead functional teams during the annual / long term strategic planning processes by meeting with technology teams, consolidating and submitting annual and long‑term financial plans, and preparing executive facing summary content

Partner with business, project management, and technology groups to understand opportunities, define project scope, goals, performance indicators, and deliverables.

Align with technology delivery team leaders to have a consistent portfolio level understanding of all in‑flight technology projects for ad‑hoc executive updates

Anticipate risks and opportunities, share reporting & insights with a point of view to make actionable recommendations to the S/VP portfolio team and Executives

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast submission activities and reports.

Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to recommend business decisions.

Lead direct creation and content formation for various monthly executive forums on relevant portfolio updates.

Maintain and apply a strong understanding of the technology and the business to tell the ‘story’ behind the numbers.

Facilitate & recommend prioritization and rationalization decision‑making with Executives

Qualifications

7+ years of related work experience or business analysis.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Experience applying business analysis techniques, such as information gathering methods, requirements documentation, process modeling, and process mapping.

Solid understanding of the technical project lifecycle and delivery.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Understanding of software development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Familiarity with big data / visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and the core concepts of relational data.

Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range for this position in Florida is $111,900.00-$150,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
