Legal Publications Attorney

The MSBA is seeking a Legal Publications Attorney to manage the end-to-end publishing lifecycle of the MSBA’s premier legal resources. This role acts as a vital bridge between MSBA and our volunteer authors to produce the high-quality treatises and practice manuals the Maryland Bar relies on.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the production of legal treatises and coursebooks, troubleshooting editorial and logistical obstacles, and researching legal trends for development into new MSBA resources.
Work Environment
Hybrid/Remote-friendly, requiring residence within commutable distance of the Baltimore office for regular collaboration.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and at least five years of legal experience. Strong project management and editorial skills are required.
