Position Overview
Leading law firms are seeking a skilled
Civil Litigation Attorney
to join their growing teams across California (multiple offices). This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, with a strong emphasis on general liability and related cases, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Handle a broad caseload ofgeneral civil matters
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions and document review
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
2+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a deadline-driven environment
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between
$150,000 – $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
