Project Coordinator

Location: Onsite at our Denver or Colorado Springs branch

Work Hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Remuneration
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Work with vendors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects to meet deadlines and logistics.

Proactively pursue problem resolution with project team members and installers.

Ensure reporting is accurate and all goals are met.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Order product‑specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner to meet monthly installation targets.

Drive proactive customer service and care.

Order warranties and replacements.

Constantly manage cost of goods sold for each job.

Manage projects through the customer‑service database using “Job Management”.

Meet deadlines for project orders and installations.

Attend weekly project progress meetings and communicate status to management.

Act as a partner with the project manager, serving as the point of contact, and communicate project status to all participants.

Provide an end‑of‑day report to your supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑motivated, trustworthy, diplomatic, and reliable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

2‑3 years of relevant job experience.
