Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and dedicated individuals for a full‑time position as a Delivery Specialist. The Delivery Specialist assists our Sales Department in maintaining a high customer satisfaction standard by teaching/explaining the features and functions of vehicles to new owners. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy and customer service oriented. She/He will work closely with the sales staff to provide a truly excellent delivery experience both at the dealership and in visits to customer homes to continue the delivery experience.
Responsibilities
Delivers newly purchased vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the vehicle features, warranty, and Toyota Care
Trains customers on the use of the features, functions, and technology available on their new vehicle
Ensures vehicles are in "ready to deliver" condition
Maintains a high standard of delivery quality
Confirms delivery of correct vehicle as matched to appropriate paperwork
Helps to address customer concerns or complaints
Helps to coordinate vehicle orders, which includes frequent communication with customers
Introduces customers to key members of MMT staff
Maintains delivery area and attends training sessions and sales meetings as necessary
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Commitment to gaining an in‑depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and technology
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong computer and internet skills
Excellent customer service focus
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Good problem solving skills
High energy level, positive attitude, and the desire to work in a fast‑paced environment
