This role sits at the core of casino platform operations, ensuring seamless execution of game and provider integrations across a fast-paced digital environment. You will act as the key connector between commercial and technical teams, translating business needs into precise technical requirements that enable smooth and timely game launches. Working in a highly collaborative, international setting, you will coordinate multiple integration streams, troubleshoot issues with external providers, and ensure configuration accuracy across the platform. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complexity under tight deadlines. Accountabilities:

Own and coordinate end-to-end casino game and provider integrations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to the platform

Act as the main liaison between Commercial and Platform Integration teams to maintain alignment throughout all project phases

Monitor and track integration progress, proactively identifying risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks

Troubleshoot technical issues related to game features and configurations in collaboration with internal teams and external providers

Validate game settings, bonus features, and tournament configurations as the final quality gate before release

Translate business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams

Support prioritization of provider requests and ensure proper assessment within the integration pipeline

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high data and configuration integrity across all integrations

Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on integration status and roadmap progress

Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and workflows

Requirements:

Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand API-based systems, platform configurations, and integration documentation (no coding required)

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

High attention to detail, particularly in configuration, documentation, and validation processes

Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C) is highly desirable; Fintech or SaaS backgrounds are also welcome

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across distributed teams
