Parts Manager – Centennial Subaru

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Parts Department, including inventory management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Ensuring accurate inventory levels, strong fill rates, and efficient operations is essential to success. Delivering a high level of service while exceeding both internal and external customer expectations will not only drive department performance but also build lasting relationships and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage a highly professional and productive parts team.

Maximize parts sales revenue and profit.

Maintain excellent business relations to achieve customer satisfaction.

Encourage cross-functional coordination and facilitate internal communications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Is legally able to work in the United States.

Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.

Pre-employment drug screen.

Must have prior Subaru parts experience.
