Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in
credit risk .
Strong proficiency in
SQL
and experience working with large datasets.
Hands-on experience with
data mapping ,
data profiling , and data quality tools.
Solid understanding of credit risk concepts, including exposure, PD, LGD, EAD, and risk-weighted assets.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, or CCAR.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
