Seasonal Pilot Winery Assistant

Position Summary

Livingston Pilot Winery is seeking a seasonal assistant to support our mission of driving innovation in the wine industry by pushing the boundaries of winemaking techniques and technologies. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with the Pilot Winery staff and gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of winemaking.
Responsibilities

Fermenting and pressing grapes
Operating machinery and equipment
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
Sampling juice, fermenters, and wine tanks, and making ingredient additions at the direction of the Winemaker
Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be willing to work overtime, rotating shifts, and 8-12 hour days, including weekends when necessary.
Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable vehicle (if applicable). Must pass a motor vehicle check (MVR). Must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Must comply with company GMP policies.
Must be willing to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
