We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationDental Assistant III – Sea Mar Community Health CentersSea Mar is seeking a Dental Assistant III to support dental providers and assist with clinic coordination, staff training, patient flow, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance. This role includes leadership responsibilities and ensures exceptional patient experience and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities· Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across a full range of dental procedures· Lead and support back-office staff training, scheduling, and workflow· Oversee patient flow, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure excellent customer service· Maintain sterilization, OSHA compliance, and equipment maintenance· Manage supply inventory, ordering, and emergency kit logs· Support insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and patient treatment planning· Assist supervisors with policy implementation, performance monitoring, and quality improvementQualifications· Dental Assistant Registration with Washington State DOH required· Completion of formal Dental Assistant program or 3+ years experience· Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience (or 3+ years without formal training)· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills· BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire; TB testing annually· Bilingual English/Spanish preferredSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $24.28 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – SaturdayHourly - Hourly Plan, 24.28 USD Hourly**What We Offer:**Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
