Responsibilities
Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
Maintain detailed and accurate daily progress notes and documentationCollaborate with behavior analysts and care coordinators to ensure effective treatment outcomes
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Previous experience working with children, autism, or ABA therapy preferred
Ability to pass a level-two background check and provide verifiable references
