We are looking for a

Learning and Development Coordinator

who loves creating clear resources, building engaging training experiences, and helping teams feel prepared, supported, and connected. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, creative, comfortable facilitating learning, and passionate about making development easier to access and apply.
As part of our

People Development team , you will help bring learning to life across our practices through live trainings, virtual sessions, online courses, practical job aids, regional support, and meaningful follow-up resources.
Salary Range

- $62,000-$72,000 plus PTO, Benefits, and More!
What You’ll Help Create

In this role, you will help build learning experiences that are clear, useful, and easy to put into practice. You will:
Design and update training materials for in-person trainings, virtual workshops, recorded sessions, and online learning.
Create slide decks, participant guides, checklists, job aids, facilitator guides, and other resources that help team members succeed.
Turn program goals into simple learning paths that support real growth in the field.
Facilitate recurring regional training calls and help teams stay connected across locations and time zones.
Partner with regional and practice leaders to understand training needs and create solutions based on real practice situations.
Support hybrid learning experiences that combine live sessions, in-practice coaching, and online resources.
Visit practices periodically to deliver training, observe workflows, gather feedback, and bring real-world examples back into our learning programs.
Support CE-eligible courses by helping organize materials, assessments, evaluations, and documentation.
Help prepare learning materials and logistics for summits, orientations, onboarding sessions, and other key events.
Draft training communications that help team members know what is available, why it matters, and what to do next.
Build and maintain LMS courses, learning paths, quizzes, evaluations, assignments, due dates, and reports.
Support LPU, People Development, and Lone Peak Library resources so leaders and team members can easily find what they need.
Collect feedback, review learning data, and recommend improvements that make future training even stronger.

We are looking for someone who brings:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs across multiple locations.
Knowledge of dental practice operations
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Confidence facilitating live and virtual training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience using multimedia training platforms and learning tools.
An understanding of different learning and communication styles.
The ability to evaluate learning needs, research options, and recommend practical training solutions.
The ability to travel periodically to support practices and regional learning needs.
