Postdoctoral Fellow (E) – ABA Online Master’s Program
Job Summary
The University of Utah’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) graduate program seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow to support the newly formed Online M.Ed. in Special Education – Applied Behavior Analysis Emphasis Program. The role involves supervising graduate students, teaching the Experiential Learning Course, providing research guidance, and supporting program administration and marketing.
Responsibilities
Teach the Experiential Learning Course and assist second‑year students with thesis‑equivalent systematic literature review projects following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines.
Coordinate and teach supervised experiential learning for first‑year students.
Supervise and train teaching assistants.
Provide general administrative support for the program.
Assist with program marketing and evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related accredited field.
Recent graduate or ABD with dissertation completed by August 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
BCBA or BCBA‑D in good standing with eligibility to supervise BCBA candidates.
Documented experience supporting graduate student research and/or using PRISMA guidelines.
