Lakeside Paddling & Fishing Camp Counselor

Earth Day is seeking motivated camp counselors for Summer 2026 at Camp Wingra in Madison, Wisconsin. Counselors will lead engaging activities, promote safety and inclusiveness while working with children, and ensure a fun camp experience. Strong swimming skills and paddle experience are a plus, along with the Boater Safety Certification required prior to the start of camp. This position offers a weekly salary starting at $550 and access to watercrafts during off-hours.
