Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist
EarthStream Global is seeking a Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist to provide on-site safety leadership for commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a local candidate with hands‑on experience supporting complex, high‑risk builds.
What You’ll Do
Lead and enforce site‑specific safety and health programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations
Conduct job site audits, safety walk‑throughs, and risk assessments
Manage incident investigations, near misses, and corrective actions
Stop work when unsafe conditions exist and partner with project teams on resolutions
Deliver safety training and promote a zero‑incident culture
Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subcontractor safety representatives
Maintain all safety documentation in an audit‑ready state
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience on BESS, Substation, Power Generation, or Mission Critical (data center) projects required
Commercial building construction experience
7 years construction safety or construction management experience (education‑equivalent combinations accepted)
Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction & General Industry standards
OSHA 10‑Hour or 30‑Hour Construction Certification
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
Ability to work flexible site schedules as required
