The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.**Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum of one (1) year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting required.One (1) year of home care and/or Hospice experience preferred.**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide patient and family education regarding disease management, medications, and self-care techniques.Attend continuing education, in-services, and training to maintain clinical competency.Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
