Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator / LMS Administrator is the operational backbone of Panelmatic’s workforce development function. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating all training events, managing the learning management system (LMS) end to end, maintaining training records, and ensuring that the right content reaches the right people at the right time.
Working in close partnership with the Training Manager, Operations leadership, HR, and Quality, this role ensures that training programs are structured, accessible, and compliant and that every employee from Day 1 through long-term development has a clear, supported path. As Panelmatic scales, this role will be instrumental in building the infrastructure that makes that growth sustainable.
Job Duties:
Training event planning & coordination
Own the scheduling, coordination, and logistics for all training events, including new hire onboarding (Day 1 and Day 2), department-specific training, safety certifications, and refresher programs.
LMS administration & configuration
Serve as the primary system administrator for Panelmatic’s LMS (currently Paylocity).
Content management & document control
Maintain the training content library, ensuring all work instructions, single point lessons (SPLs), SOPs, and e-learning modules are current, version-controlled, and properly uploaded.
Training Records, Compliance & Reporting
Own all training records and ensure 100% accuracy and completeness for every employee across all locations.
New hire onboarding support
Coordinate all logistics for new hire training, including Day 1 and Day 2 scheduling, materials preparation, space setup, and communications to hiring managers.
Continuous improvement & stakeholder partnership
Identify process inefficiencies in training delivery, scheduling, or content management and proactively recommend solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Education, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or a closely related HR or operations support role.
Demonstrated experience managing an LMS (Paylocity, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, or equivalent).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Clear communicator, written and verbal, comfortable engaging across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
Familiarity with Paylocity.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems and associated training compliance requirements.
Exposure to instructional design or e-learning content development tools (Articulate, Camtasia, or similar).
Experience building or managing document control workflows and controlled content libraries.
SHRM-CP, ATD, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
