Pay Per Visit | $50–$53 per visit + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Mileage reimbursement | Full benefits package (details provided during the interview process)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1 weekend per month | 2 holidays per year

Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver high-quality home health care within a defined local territory (approximately a 30-minute radius). This role focuses on patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and independence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Perform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress

Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher)

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience

AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

Home Health experience strongly preferred

Clean nursing license

Experience with adult patient populations (non-pediatric focused)
