Global CAD Design Manager – offering global team leadership, CAD transformation strategy, and innovation in design automation.
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 gross per year.
Location: Kortrijk area, Belgium.

Responsibilities
Lead and structure the global CAD organisation, aligning resources with business priorities.
Define and implement the global CAD roadmap, including the transition to 3D and parametric design and the standardisation and governance of commercial, technical and installation drawing processes.
Drive digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of CAD outputs across projects.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align drawings with technical and operational needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing CAD teams within automation, warehouse automation or industrial environments.
Strong hands‑on expertise in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of 3D design tools.
Experience with CAD standardisation, automation and process optimisation.
Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience in project‑driven, cross‑functional environments.
Fluency in English and a willingness to travel (~10%).
