JR101223**Job Description:**Inspect and repair incoming parts and materials to meet required visual, dimensional, and test requirements of engineering drawings and specifications.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Prepare material for inspection. This includes using power tools, such as saws and drills, to remove shipping packaging.* Examine items for defects in materials, workmanship, and damage.* Test and repair materials to meet specifications.* Help inspect purchased parts, assemblies, and materials for conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments and devices.* Re-package material for storage and transport after inspection.* This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Lead, Supervisor and/or Manager.**Education and Experience Requirements:*** High School Diploma or equivalent.* Manufacturing experience/exposure a plus.* Forklift experience a plus.* Strong organization skills.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Good computer skills.* Professional communication skills, both verbally and in written.* Strong mathematical, analytical and overall computer skills.* Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.* Able to work well with very little directive, carry out assignments and prioritize issues.* Organization and multi-tasking skills.* Time management skills.* Detail oriented.* Highly motivated.**Disclaimer**:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
