Position Summary
In this role, you will serve as a coordinator of a multidisciplinary team. The team provides continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addiction and/or mental health treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree with two years’ experience in mental health services (QMHP)
LCPC or LCSW preferred, Clinical license eligible required.
Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed.
Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling.
Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff or community resources.
Responsibilities
Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
Ensure that the client service records are maintained consistent with required rules and regulations.
Become competent in EHR and function as a trainer.
Supervise assigned staff, including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and/or feedback, scheduled evaluations and disciplinary interventions as required.
Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, and discharge plans).
Assume on‑call responsibilities per schedule or when designated.
Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
Identify mental health and substance abuse issues and differentiate between mental illness and substance abuse.
Provide case management and group coverage when needed.
Act as point person when assigned
Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
Provide guidance and clinical supervision to the assigned team in conjunction with ongoing supervision provided by the Director
Represent the department in PI committees and organizational initiatives as determined appropriate by Director
Knowledge of psychotropic medications and ability to identify adverse effects of medications.
Become familiar with all related state and county contracts, and complete monthly reports as required.
Serve as a member of the department and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Compensation & Rewards
Base Pay: (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
LPC/LSW starting pay: $78,913.64/year
LCPC/LCSW starting pay: $82,490.89/year
Sign on bonus up to $4,000 paid out quarterly over 2 years
