Dental Assistant

to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.
Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant
you are an integral part of the care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. What we offer
Competitive hourly pay: $22/hr and Prime-Time/Saturday rate is $30/hr
Full-time Schedule: Mondays 2pm-7pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 7am-7pm with 1 hr lunch, Fridays 7am-3pm with 30 min lunch, 1st & 4th Saturdays of each month 8am-3pm no lunch

Responsibilities
Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake if needed.
Help dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
Qualifications
One year or more of on-the-job experience (with supporting documentation)
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on patient care
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law
