Responsibilities
Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service
Complete resident and property service requests
Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests
Participate in preventative maintenance (pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, apartment inspections)
Clean work area, tools and equipment, care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
Qualifications
Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
Experience with skills such as pool maintenance, grounds, appliances
Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
EPA or CPO certification a plus
5+ years of apartment maintenance experience
4+ years of related maintenance or supervisory experience
Desired Attributes
Capable of making others think deeply on a subject
Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest in work
Motivated by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or organization
Education & Licenses
EPA or CPO certification preferred
Valid Driver’s License required
