Principal RWD Analyst

Join a leading team driving real-world evidence generation to support HEOR, medical affairs, and commercial strategy. We're looking for a Principal RWD Analyst with strong hands-on experience in RWD/RWE, advanced R or Python skills, and a passion for making data meaningful in healthcare.
What You'll Do:
Program and analyze large-scale real-world data (claims, EHR)
Support protocol development and statistical analysis plans
Collaborate across HEOR, commercial, and medical affairs teams
Work with top data sources like MarketScan, Optum, Medicare LDS, and Komodo
What We're Looking For:
Master's (6+ yrs exp) or PhD (3+ yrs exp) in a relevant field
Advanced skills in R or Python (SAS & SQL are a plus)
Strong knowledge of survival analysis, GLMs, and other statistical methods
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential
