
Dental Front Desk Administrator

We are a high-end Cosmetic, Prosthodontic and Implant practice, looking for a Dental Front Desk Administrator to join our professional and patient-centered office. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing excellent patient service from the moment patients enter our office.
Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment scheduling, billing and insurance processing, collections, treatment coordination, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Schedule:
Tues, Weds, Fri 9 - 7:30
Thurs 10:30 - 6:30
One Sat/month: 9:00 - 3:30
Compensation:
$28 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience

Requirements
At least 3 year of experience in a dental front office role.
Experience in a small private practice preferred.
Knowledge of Insurance and billing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Dentrix, at least 1 year.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience
