Strong expertise in:

IBM DataPower XI52/XG45/IDG

(MPGW, WSP, XMLFW, AAA, Crypto, Certificates)
IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
(Message flows, ESQL, Compute nodes, MQ, REST APIs, SOAP services)
IBM MQ

concepts, configuration, and messaging patterns.
IBM ESB

concepts, mediation flows, service orchestration.

Must have experience in Azure Complex event processing and IBM ODM
API security: OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, Mutual Authentication.
Experience with message formats: XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, SWAGGER/OpenAPI.
CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/Bamboo, UrbanCode Deploy (optional).
Cloud platforms preferred: AWS / Azure / IBM Cloud.
Soft Skills (Must Have)

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to lead distributed teams and manage workloads.
Solid documentation, presentation, and technical storytelling skills.
4. Qualifications (Must Have)

8+ years of experience in IBM integration technologies.
3+ years in a Technical Lead or Onshore Lead position.
IBM Certified Solution Developer - DataPower / ACE certifications (preferred).
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model.
