Powershell (knows queries to gather data), the person would be able to write scripts to gather data. Able to get specific data points. KNows how to read through it and edit.

Business Analyst
role is a specialized position that focuses on analyzing, managing, and optimizing data related to Active Directory within an organization.
Role Overview:
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in managing and analyzing data from Active Directory (AD) systems. This position is responsible for gathering and interpreting data to support the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. The analyst will also lead efforts to clean up and maintain accurate AD records, create insightful reports for business stakeholders, and manage email campaigns. The role demands skills in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets.
This role will require good personal skills, advanced communication skills, effective management of email communications and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
Aggregate data from various sources to perform in-depth analysis, identifying trends, and meaningful correlations that influence business decisions.
Evaluate data and object attributes to identify discrepancies and implement clean-up processes that align with the organization's IAM objectives.
Reporting & Visualization:
Understand comprehensive reports and dashboards that convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner for business stakeholders.
Email Campaign Management:
Supervise the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Problem-Solving & Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve data-related challenges, contributing to continuous improvement in data management processes.
Technical Expertise:
Employ advanced Excel/Google Sheets techniques, such as lookups, to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Time Zone Flexibility:
Operate effectively in PST hours, coordinating with teams and stakeholders across different time zones as necessary.
