Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Office Coordinator to join our team! This position is an onsite work position based out of our Oak Brook, IL office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Mail sorting and distribution

Logging of checks and forms to various service centers

Inventory of supplies and sales material

Office management responsibilities: client refreshments, equipment maintenance, and vendor contact for business‑as‑usual items

A significant focus on coordination and communication around Associate Training meetings, including creating agendas, running technology, coordinating speakers, and confirming attendance

The base salary range for this position is $54,000 – $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skill, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

2+ Years experience in a business office setting

Successful business acumen

Proficiency and usage of technology and software

Confident communication skillset with all levels of management

Ability to work and manage several projects, workflows or problem resolutions simultaneously

Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Office Administration:

Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.

Problem Solving:

Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
