is hiring an experienced
Performance Measurement Subject Matter Expert II
to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation in the Intelligence Community (IC).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, training, change management, thought leadership, and education to the client and/or project team
Specialized deep expertise in such fields as technology, science, public policy and administration, and management with regard to performance management, program assessment, evaluation and quantitative mathematical analysis techniques.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Active TS clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience with a deep understanding of and expertise in his/her subject area.
The resource may have published in professional journals or have been invited to speak professionally in their area of expertise.
Ability to deal effectively with representatives and high-level officials both inside and outside of government.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting DHS and/or Intel Agency
SALARY RANGE: $150K-160K (subject to change)
