Responsibilities
Include:
Manage and resolve customer concerns
Provide excellent customer service
Promote services
Maintain accurate records
Additional clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
Include:
Guest Services experience required (2-3 years)
Comfortable with computer work
Exceptional Customer Service experience
Shift:
9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PM
Weekend availability required
