Summary:
We're looking for someone who can analyze data, create reports, and support customers. You'll handle cases and claims, work closely with dealers and customers, and use tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to turn data into clear, visual insights. You'll also help improve our processes and customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage warranty/service cases for Guaranteed Maintenance and Centralized Billing Programs.
- Use Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel to create dashboards and analyze case trends.
- Support dealers and customers via email and phone.
- Create and run regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and partners.
- Help improve systems and processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Complete administrative tasks like contract setups, unit updates, and parts pricing.
- Assist with dealer performance reviews and training recommendations.
- Support all aspects of the Limited Warranty process.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Strong skills in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Friendly and professional approach to customer service.
- Self-motivated and open to learning.
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience with warranty, claims, or service contracts.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with claims processing and analytics systems.
