• Microsoft Dynamics Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Demonstrated thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 platform terminology and functionality, including sales, service, customer insights, marketing, and project operations modules.
• Agile Experience: Fluent in agile practices and methodologies.
• Must have used Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, designing
• Experience with writing user stories
• Automation testing tool experience, ability to write test scripts
• Good communication skills
