## DescriptionThe Dealer Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting related to dealer operations.**Key Responsibilities:*** Process and reconcile dealer transactions, including vehicle sales, incentives, and commissions* Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of entries* Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies* Monitor dealer receivables and follow up on outstanding balances* Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements* Collaborate with dealers and internal departments to address financial inquiries* Support audits by providing required documentation and analysis* Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency
