Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Analyst III
to support flow measurement operations within a facility. This role involves managing measurement data, resolving exceptions, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with field and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Run FlowCal exception resolver daily and independently resolve exceptions on a weekly basis
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned FlowCal modules, providing technical and vendor support
Monitor and evaluate facility balancing metrics (weekly/monthly) to ensure measurement accuracy
Communicate meter data corrections to field teams and track resolution progress
Support monthly close activities and provide backup to other Measurement Analysts
Import, validate, and maintain meter proving, calibration, and gas/liquid analysis data
Analyze volume discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure timely and accurate receipt of measurement data from operations
Maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational accuracy and accountability
Required Qualifications
Authorization to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship)
1+ year of experience in
Field Measurement, Production, Revenue Accounting, or Measurement Analysis
Basic proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with ability to work independently
Basic understanding of
gas and liquid measurement concepts and equipment
Ability to perform calculations related to volume measurement
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
FlowCal
or similar measurement software
Knowledge of
measurement compliance standards and industry practices
Experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies in operational environments
