Role Summary

We are seeking a

Technical Integration Lead

to own end-to-end execution of technical workstreams for active and upcoming M&A activity. You will deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations, network redesigns, and telephony integrations while guiding junior resources and ensuring minimal user disruption.

Day to day, you will follow an established Technical Integration Playbook (roadmaps, runbooks, validation scripts, rollback plans) to produce consistent, repeatable results with limited discovery. You'll lead Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra activities, oversee Intune and endpoint changes, coordinate security integrations (e.g., Zscaler), and drive on-site cutovers. Outside of M&A, you'll contribute to broader IT infrastructure initiatives including Azure/Entra optimizations, Intune standardization, and security policy rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
M365 / Azure Tenant Migrations:

Lead Microsoft 365/Azure tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) with phased approaches, identity mapping, validation, and low-downtime cutovers using approved tools such as ShareGate and native cross-tenant capabilities.
Network Redesign & IP Schema:

Drive VLAN/subnet planning, DHCP scope remediation, and DNS updates; coordinate decommissioning of legacy gear per established runbooks.
Zscaler / SASE Migrations:

Execute Zscaler ZIA/ZPA migrations and Branch Connector deployments; plan and run site-by-site cutovers during maintenance windows.
Azure / Entra Administration:

Administer Conditional Access and hybrid identity sync (Azure AD Connect); complete Intune optimizations including Autopilot, configuration profiles, security baselines, and compliance policies.
Telephony Integrations:

Lead telephony migrations and integrations to the corporate platform - device provisioning, site cutovers, user support, and escalation guidance to on-site resources.
On-Site Cutover Execution:

Oversee data collection, inventory validation, VLAN configuration, racking/cabling, Wi-Fi setup/security, and user support during cutovers.
Vendor & Risk Coordination:

Coordinate with telecom, ISP, hardware, and software vendors; manage risks and issues in JIRA/Teams/SharePoint with transparent status tracking.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:

Document as-built configurations, lessons learned, and updated runbooks; contribute improvements to the Master Technical Integration Playbook and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Key Requirements
Experience:

5+ years as a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer (Level 2 or higher) with 2+ prior M&A integrations as technical lead or primary engineer; AZ-104-level Azure Administrator proficiency or equivalent hands-on experience.
M365 Migrations:

Proven expertise delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) using tools such as ShareGate and native cross-tenant capabilities.
Azure / Entra Administration:

Strong skills in Conditional Access, hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect), license assignment, and advanced Microsoft 365 administration.
Networking Foundation:

Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, VLANs/subnets, switching/routing, and Wi-Fi.
Intune / Endpoint Management:

Experience managing devices at scale with Autopilot, packaging/deployment via Intune and GPO, endpoint security baselines, and compliance policies.
Security Stack:

Experience with SASE/security stack (preferred: Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Branch Connectors) and enterprise firewalls; prior UC/telephony migrations (e.g., Teams Phone, Direct Routing, SIP) preferred.
Scripting & Automation:

PowerShell scripting; disciplined change/runbook execution; familiarity with JIRA/JSM for tracking and service management.
Leadership & Communication:

Ability to mentor junior staff, manage risks, set clear expectations, and deliver smooth cutovers; must be available for weekend maintenance windows and travel.
