Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dealership Porter / Building Maintenance Associate to support the daily operations of our dealership. This role is responsible for picking up and delivery vehicles, shuttling of customers, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both the facility, ensuring a professional environment for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and delivery of vehicles
Shuttling of customers
Maintain cleanliness of showroom, offices, restrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dispose of trash throughout the building
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entryways
Keep lot organized, including moving and parking vehicles as needed
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom items
Perform basic building upkeep (light maintenance tasks as needed)
Assist with snow removal, salting walkways, or outdoor upkeep (seasonal)
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Previous cleaning or porter experience is a plus, but not required
